Courtney decided to go to college once she left school but after trying to settle down, she realised it wasn’t the route for her to take. She was more interested in working within Customer Services at Call Centres, but the majority of her applications replied with ‘too little experience’ or the fact that she was under 18. Searching for alternative routes, Courtney tried applying for Apprenticeships but found that after two months of searching for them she was still no further forward.
