In this wonderful festive period of the year, as the ice glistens and the snow is pure (Yeah right!) businesses start to wind down. But can we still remain active and productive? Of course! As adrenaline pumps through our veins and we feel the excitement building can we not use this as a skill to keep us motivated and on our toes?! Some reading this will openly admit that in the build up to Christmas we slack off and wait eagerly for the nice break that is inevitably coming. Here is how we can overcome that lethargic feeling.
