As I was leaving school, I felt stuck and theoretically trapped in terms that I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I spent more time pondering my future than actually focusing on my exams. When I left school I was unemployed and I felt like a sponge and a financial drain on my parents. I became lazy and lethargic and had no motivation what so ever. I would constantly pester my parents for money. I lacked maturity and thought I knew better. I genuinely was more concerned about my social life and having a laugh with my friends rather than earning my own money to physically fund my social life.
